We are pleased to announce that Ms. Nigro has been appointed to the Committee on Character & Fitness for the Appellate Division, Second Department for the Second, Tenth, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts by Presiding Justice Randall T. Eng. The Committee on Character and Fitness is charged with investigating and ensuring that individuals who are applying to the New York State Bar possess the character and fitness necessary to practice law in the courts of this State. Ms. Nigro's four year term began on March 1, 2015.
