Plaintiff alleged he was injured when he slipped on an item on our client’s premises. We moved for summary judgment on the ground that our client did not have notice of the alleged item on the floor. The Court held that since an employee passed through the accident location five to ten minutes before the accident and, at that time, the floor was neat and clean, our client did not have notice of the condition.
