Matthew C. Maloney

Matthew Maloney’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including premises liability, automobile accidents, intentional torts and labor law matters.  Matt litigates extensively in New York state and federal court.  He has tried numerous cases to verdict representing individuals, businesses and municipalities in a wide array of general liability and commercial litigation. 

In addition, Matt volunteers his time as a Queens County Small Claims Court arbitrator and with the Wounded Warriors Project.
