This case involved an accident where the plaintiff claimed she slipped in dirty laundry detergent on the floor in a main aisle at our client’s department store. We moved for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiff could not establish notice, arguing that the plaintiffs’ observations about the condition of the spill were insufficient to raise an issue of fact regarding notice. Our motion was granted and the case was dismissed.
