Nicholas C. Zotto

Nicholas C. Zotto is an attorney at Simmons Jannace DeLuca, LLP. His practice focuses on general liability defense, commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Zotto earned his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May 2022. While attending law school, Mr. Zotto was Founder and President of the Federalist Society, which hosted several discussions on pertinent political topics. He was also a member of HIPLA (Hofstra Intellectual Property Law Association) and the Dispute Resolution Society, where he competed at school mediation and arbitration competitions. He graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property.
