laintiff was an employee of our client, a large national retailer. He was arrested for stealing store merchandise. He sued our client and several of its employees who were involved in the arrest. We moved to dismiss the Complaint because the intentional tort causes of action were time barred and because he could not state a cause of action for conspiracy to violate his civil rights. The court granted our motion and dismissed the Complaint in its entirety.
