Plaintiff sued our finance company client alleging unfair business practices. At trial we were successful in obtaining a Judgment in favor of our finance company client dismissing the complaint and granting us judgment in excess of $110,000.00 on our counterclaim. We presented witnesses to testify to the numerous defaults of both the plaintiff and third-party defendant. The Court granted not only a Judgment in favor of our client, but also granted attorneys fees.
