Daniel P. Borbet

Daniel P. Borbet is an attorney at Simmons Jannace DeLuca, LLP. His practice focuses on general liability defense, commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Borbet earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in May, 2019. While attending law school, Mr. Borbet was Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Society, where he competed at the regional and national levels in mediation and arbitration competitions. He interned at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division’s First and Second Judicial Departments.
