Ian E. Hannon

Ian E. Hannon is admitted to practice law in New York State Court as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. His practice focuses on general liability defense, commercial litigation, municipal law, motor vehicle negligence claims and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Hannon earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While attending law school, Mr. Hannon interned for the Town of Brookhaven Law Department where he assisted in the defense of municipal liability claims, as well as land use and zoning matters. Prior to his association with Simmons Jannace DeLuca, LLP, Mr. Hannon worked at a prominent insurance defense firm where he successfully represented insurance companies against claims for first and third-party benefits, conducted investigations and provided coverage analyses of fraudulent insurance claims.

Mr. Hannon received the honorable selection to Super Lawyers’ New York Metro Rising Stars list in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
